This blanc de blancs - 100% Chardonnay - was barrel fermented and aged in French oak for six months. The result is a complex, zesty, and refreshing sparkling wine with notes of pineapple, apricot, and caramel. Opening hints of tangerine and lime give way to a richer toffee and crème brûlée flavors, with a lingering finish of toasted pistachio. Ideal for celebrations, appetizers, or as a night cap with dessert.
