2021 Pinot Noir
Round and weighty with complex flavors of maple syrup, morel mushroom, and bing cherry. On the nose, our 2021 Pinot Noir unveils layers of earthiness and baking spices followed by aromas of red raspberry jam and powdered sugar, reminiscent of white cake with pink frosting.
Our 2019 Pinot Noir has a depth of color, subtle mouthfeel and well integrated tannins. Make sure to sniff deeply to experience the molasses and maple syrup aromas. The finish is lingering with unexpected apricot and dark chocolate notes. Drink now or age for 5-8 years.
