Winemaker-selected barrels of Merlot and Tempranillo blended and barrel-aged for an additional year. The nose is focused and floral, with the scents of red raspberries, lilac, and candied pecans. This texturally complex wine offers flavors of crispy pork belly, sea salt caramel, and blistered shishitos finishing with an explosion of juicy blue fruit.
