Tasting notes
An inviting bouquet opens with dried apricots, offering a sun-warmed, slightly chewy stone fruit depth. Subtle flavors of brioche French Toast effusive from the glass. Balanced by vibrant acidity, our 2023 Chardonnay is lush and rounded on the palate.
Our 2021 Chardonnay was barrel fermented and sur lie aged for 6 months in 1 year old French Oak. This wine is refreshing and lively with flavors of green apple and caramelized pineapple. The nose is rich and oaky with a redolence of butterscotch and tropical fruits.
