Sweet Corn Chowder with Roasted Chanterelles

Espresso Braised Beef Short Rib and Tomato Zucchini Caris Cheese Gratin with a Merlot Reduction Sauce.
Zinfandel Poached D Anjou Pear and Whipped Bee Pollen Fromage Blanc with Bittersweet Chocolate Drizzle.
